A guide to Preshaa, The Watchlist and getting in touch.
About Preshaa
What is Preshaa?
Preshaa is an entertainment media platform based in Trinidad and Tobago. We launched in 2023, sharing the stories of local artists, entrepreneurs, and other people through interviews. Since then, we’ve expanded into movie, television, anime, and manga coverage, with reviews, news, features, and The Watchlist.
What can I find on the website?
Liming with the Lens covers movie and television reviews. Beyond the Panel focuses on anime and manga. Entertainment News covers announcements and updates, while The Watchlist helps you find something to watch.
Using The Watchlist
What is The Watchlist?
The Watchlist helps you choose a movie, series, or anime to watch, with recommendations for different interests, occasions, and themes. You can’t watch movies or shows directly on Preshaa. Each list includes information, trailers, and links to official services where you can watch the titles. Those services may require a subscription, rental, or purchase.
How do I use The Watchlist?
Browse the hub and open a list that interests you. Explore the entries, read why they were selected, check ratings where available, and watch trailers. Use the viewing links to find a title on an official service, and mark it as watched once you’ve finished.
If you’re having trouble choosing, use the options at the bottom of the hub to narrow your choices or get a surprise recommendation.
Can I watch movies or shows directly on Preshaa?
No. Preshaa is a media and recommendation platform, not a streaming service. Movies and shows play through the external services we link to, which may require their own subscription, rental, or purchase.
Does The Watchlist link to unofficial streaming or download sites?
No. Our viewing links point to official streaming services and legitimate viewing options. We don’t recommend pirated streams or unauthorised downloads. When we can’t confirm a viewing option, we may provide a search link to help you check availability.
Do I need an account or subscription to use The Watchlist?
No. You can browse the lists, get help choosing and track what you’ve watched without an account. Sign in for free to keep your saved lists, saved titles and progress together across devices.
Watching a movie or show happens on the service we link to. That service may require a subscription, rental or purchase.
Have you personally watched every title on The Watchlist?
Some lists contain our personal recommendations; others are researched around a particular theme. Personal entries include our own thoughts. Researched entries shouldn’t be read as personal reviews.
Does every recommendation have a Preshaa rating?
No. We give our own ratings to titles we’ve personally watched. Researched entries may include descriptions, trailers and viewing links without a rating from our team.
Will my watched progress be saved?
Yes. If you’re not signed in, your saves and progress stay in this browser. Clearing your browser data may remove them.
Sign in to save them to your account. Then sign in on another phone, tablet or computer to pick up where you left off.
Why isn't a recommended title available in my country?
Streaming catalogues differ by country and change over time. A service may offer a title in one region but not another. Check the linked service for availability and any subscription, rental or purchase requirements where you live.
What if a trailer or viewing link doesn't work?
Let us know through our Contact Us page. Include the watchlist link, the title and what went wrong so we can check it.
Are all recommendations suitable for children?
No. The Watchlist includes recommendations for different age groups. Lists intended for children will be clearly labelled, with age guidance to help parents and guardians choose. Always check the official age rating and content information for each title. Our review scores reflect what we think of a title, not whether it’s suitable for children.
