Nicolas Cage’s Best Pancakes in the County releases first trailer
Independent Film Company has released the first trailer for Best Pancakes in the County, a crime thriller starring Nicolas Cage, Justin Long and Shelley Hennig. The trailer arrived on October 19, ahead of the film’s November 20, 2026 release in select US cinemas and on digital platforms. That date does not establish worldwide availability.
Written and directed by Ken Sanzel, the film unfolds over a single night at a small-town diner. A botched heist brings a criminal back to the restaurant, setting up a confrontation involving corrupt federal agents, rival assassins and a waitress with secrets of her own. An old hard drive is at the centre of the conflict.
Cage plays the character known as S.O.B., with Long as Cookie and Hennig as Dolly. Lauren German and Ravi Patel also star. Sanzel previously directed Cage in the 2019 thriller Kill Chain.
The new development is the trailer’s release. The November 20 distribution date had already appeared in coverage of IFC’s acquisition earlier this month. International release dates and a subscription-streaming destination remain unconfirmed in the information reviewed.
