Daemons Of The Shadow Realm Season 2 Officially Announced.
Following the conclusion of its 24-episode first season, Daemons of the Shadow Realm has officially been renewed for Season 2. The announcement was made through the anime’s official social media accounts, alongside a new teaser visual and announcement video released through Aniplex on YouTube. Unfortunately, no release date or release window has been announced just yet, with the production team only confirming that a second season is now in the works.
The anime is produced by BONES FILM and adapts the manga of the same name by Hiromu Arakawa, best known as the creator of Fullmetal Alchemist. Season 1 was directed by Masahiro Ando, with Noboru Takagi handling series composition and Kenichiro Suehiro composing the music.
The first season premiered on April 4, 2026 and streamed on Crunchyroll across a wide range of international territories, with both subtitled and English-dubbed episodes available. Depending on the region, the series has also been available through platforms including Netflix, Disney+ and Hulu.
For now, fans will have to wait for more information on when Yuru and Asa’s story will continue, but with Season 2 already confirmed, the wait for the next chapter has officially begun.
