Harry Styles concert documentary in the works with John Wilson, Variety reports

John Wilson is filming a documentary centred on Harry Styles’ Together, Together tour, according to an October 17 report from Variety. The filmmaker behind HBO’s How To with John Wilson has reportedly been recording Styles’ Madison Square Garden residency since August.

The project is expected to combine concert performances with behind-the-scenes material, following the singer, fans and people working on the tour. Universal Pictures Content Group, Peanut World Pictures and Styles are producing, with Universal Pictures Content Group holding global rights, Variety reports.

A theatrical release is being considered, but distribution arrangements remain undecided. No release date, streaming platform or official film title has been announced. Representatives for Styles, Wilson and Universal did not immediately comment to Variety, so the project should be treated as a trade-reported production rather than a formal studio announcement.

Pitchfork subsequently covered the development on October 18, attributing its information to Variety rather than reporting separate confirmation.
